Life Coach
*Helps you get from where you are, to where you want to be

*Helps you discover the answers you probably already have inside yourself.

  Has tools/ strategies to help you to find resources in yourself/community for the important answers you are    looking for. 
*Helps you when you might have the resources but you don't have them at your fingertips, or something is          blocking you.

A Life Coach’s job is not to

* Solve your problems 
* Specialization is not to give you medication; they are not treating sick people 
* Not a psychiatrist who sits you down & hear you talk for hours ONLY.

Life coaching deals with normal people who have a challenge that puzzled them and decided to share their issue with another to help solve it and has a willingness to work on this resolution not just release talk.
